Executive summary
The Colombian city of Cartagena de Indias has been the scene of the first Ibero-American Seminar on sport and social transformation organized by the International Centre for Sport Security (ICSS) through its Save the Dream initiative.
The event was organized in cooperation with the Spanish Higher Sports Council and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development and has gathered political authorities, leaders of the sport world and non-governmental organizations all over Latin America.
