Making sport facilities genuinely accessible, with practical guidance, self-evaluation and certification for people with disabilities.

QIS ALL-IN develops practical answers to a familiar problem: a sport facility can be open to everyone on paper and still be unusable for a person with a disability.

The project brings together eight organisations from five European countries to work on accessibility and inclusion in sport facilities through a guide of best practices, educational resources, self-evaluation and a certification process. Organisations are supported to identify the barriers in their own buildings and programmes, whether physical, organisational or attitudinal, and to plan improvements in an order they can realistically deliver.

Working closely with the National Paralympic Committee of Portugal and the other partners, including the Spanish and Hellenic Paralympic Committees, the Andalusian Regional Ministry of Social Inclusion, EMCA, HAŠK Mladost and APCAS, Save the Dream designs and develops the project’s digital platform, which hosts the self-evaluation tool, the certification pathway and the educational resources.
